A great option for storing your photos and other media is cloud storage. Cloud storage is computer data storage for images like photographs and videos. The actual physical storage may span across multiple computer servers which are owned and managed by hosting companies.

- it allows you to protect your photo collection offsite in case something happens to your home, office, or physical computer like theft, hardware failure, or natural disasters
- it gives you the ability to access your photos from any Internet connected computer which makes sharing your collection with family and friends easy
- you will never run out of storage space
