Expand Your List
Now that you have your checklist of where to physically find your photos and movies, it’s time to expand on your list. Add the places where your digital photos are stored. This could include:
- old phones
- computers
- memory cards
- CDs/DVDs
- and other forms of media
Don’t forget usernames and passwords to photo websites where you’ve uploaded pictures. This is especially important if you have enlisted the help of family and friends to help you organize your photo collection. Creating a comprehensive checklist will not only help you prepare for gathering and organizing your collection, but it will also help you save time.
