Turn-around time for any given job is usually determined on a case-by-case basis. However, jobs requiring completion in less time than quoted will be subject to an additional fee.
Rush jobs are considered a premium service and will be provided at our discretion only. Standard rush fees for work requiring an expedited turnaround and/or delivery are $100.00 per project or 25% of the project cost, whichever is greater. Multiple fees will be assessed for multiple projects. Rush jobs are not subject to discounts for volume, referrals, or other criteria.
Rush fees are charged in order to cover additional business costs, rescheduling, and overtime hours incurred to complete the project by the requested deadline. A client agreement, that includes the terms of our rush job policy, must be completed and signed before any work on a rush job can be done.
