As a guest blogger for Gold Star Photo Solutions, I write pieces that range from new ideas for customized photo gifts to practical storage solutions for photos and memorabilia. Being a young adult, I have a unique perspective about the digital age of photography. Young people, like me, are growing up with a camera/phone in our pockets every waking moment of the day. We are not only capturing the big moments like graduations and weddings but we are filling our social media accounts with small moments that document our lives. It’s estimated that within the lifetime of a millennial or a gen Z – generations of young adults born after 1981 – that we will take over 28,000 pictures. Personally, I think that’s an under-estimate. The ways in which we organize, save, and use those photos is something that interests me and topics that I will continue to write about.
